Payment provider
Stripe is our online payment provider. Stripe provides the worlds leading technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems.
Order confirmation
Following your order you will receive an email confirming your order number. If you don't receive this please email info@mixit.co.nz and we will manually confirm the status of your order and your order number (some email providers may put this in a spam box).
Email confirmations will include an attached PDF invoice for tax purposes.
Canceling your subscription donation
If at any time you wish to cancel your automatic subscription email info@mixit.co.nz quoting your order number or the email address used in the initial transaction.
Mixit will then cancel your subscription before the next transaction, if due to unforeseen circumstances we can not terminate the subscription before this period we will refund the recurred donation amount.
